Shipping

Every product is made to order with care. We ship worldwide, and your order will be fulfilled from the nearest printing fulfillment center to your shipping location. Our fulfillment centers are located in the EU, USA, and the UK to ensure faster delivery.

  • Fulfillment time: 1-5 business days, depending on the items ordered.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • USA: 3 business days after fulfillment

    • EU: 5 business days after fulfillment

    • Rest of the world: 10 business days after fulfillment

Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Partial Shipments: Some items may be shipped separately from different warehouses due to stock availability. If you receive part of your order first, rest assured the remaining items are on their way. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to emilia@emilia-stone.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, your package may be returned to our warehouse.

  • If the item is returned, we can reship it to the correct address, but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

  • If we do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of contact, the item will be donated to charity.

We encourage double-checking your shipping information before placing an order!

Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please check the size chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

All sales are final, but defective items are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of delivery. If your item qualifies, we will provide a replacement after review.

To report a defective item and request a replacement, email emilia@emilia-stone.com with photos and your order details.

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

  • All product details, including materials and sizing, are available on the product page.

  • The customer is responsible for reviewing these details before purchasing.

  • Please do not contact us requesting a refund because you changed your mind about your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we can assist in filing a claim with our printing fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders go into production quickly, so cancellations or changes are only possible within the first 12 hours after purchase.

After this window, the order has already been processed and cannot be modified.

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint. If you experience any issues, please reach out within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will assist you.

2. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at emilia@emilia-stone.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will work with Printful to send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so modifications or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be changed.

4. How do I choose the right size?

We highly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before purchasing. Since we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, please double-check your measurements before placing an order.

5. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we can assist in filing a claim with Printful and the shipping carrier.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order, which means processing time varies. Estimated delivery times:

  • Production time: 2-7 business days

  • Shipping time: 3-8 business days (depending on your location)

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue, and we will process a refund or replacement.

8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may already be in production. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. However, shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
